1. Processing Time 

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: Shipping rate to SAUDI ARABIA and LEBANON depends on weight starting is 35 AED and 47 AED for 0.5KGs 

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. 
  •  International shipments may be subject to customs processing, which can extend  delivery time. 

3. Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship to ALL OVER UNITED ARAB EMIRATE, SAUDI ARABIA AND LEBANON. If your location is not listed, please contact our support team.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes 

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes) EXCEPT, GCC COUNTRIES.  
  •  We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. 

5. Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order. 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as  delivered. 
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
